The Full Story
I started my journey with yoga 8 years ago during my travels to South America it wasn't until a couple of years later when I connected back with Yoga due to a foot injury from running on the concrete as well as needing something to manage stress and anxiety that we all have sometimes. I became vegetarian and kept a daily yoga and meditation practice to keep up strength, balance and flexibility in the mind and body. In 2019 I retrained in Mysore India Ashtanga and Hatha on a 200 hour Teacher Training course. I'm also qualified in Pre and Post Natal Yoga and hold an Enhanced CRB Check through working in schools for Children's Yoga Classes. I am also First Aid Qualified.
