The Full Story
What is it that fuels you? For me, it’s yoga. I love making videos and writing about my passions, what interest me, what interests others, and sharing all of my thoughts with my readers.
I started my journey with yoga 7 years ago during my travels to South America it wasn't until a couple of years later when I needed a new form of exercise due to a foot injury from running on the concrete. I also needed something to manage stress and anxiety that we all have sometimes. I also became vegetarian and stopped old habbits. Having a daily yoga and meditation practise then in 2019 I retrained in Mysore India Ashtanga and Hatha on a 200 hour Teacher Training course.
