The Full Story
I started my journey with yoga in 2012 during my travels to South America. It wasn't until a couple of years later when I connected back with Yoga due to a foot injury from running on concrete as well as needing something to manage stress and anxiety that we all have sometimes. I became vegetarian and kept a daily yoga and meditation practice to keep up strength, balance and flexibility in the mind and body. In 2019 I retrained in Mysore India Ashtanga and Hatha on a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course. I'm also qualified in Pre and Post Natal Yoga, mum and baby yoga, I hold birth preparation workshops for mother and birth partner. I hold an Enhanced CRB Check through working in schools for Children's Yoga Classes and teaching secondary school children. I am also First Aid Qualified and a Master Reiki Healer.

Lucy is an excellent yoga teacher; she has helped me get back into yoga, after practising, on and off, over the years. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the practice. She also has an adaptable and creative style coupled with an effective structure, which means each session is tailored to my needs, which has evolved from being more flexible and strong to recovering from an injury! Lucy’s yoga has certainly contributed to my recovery from a fractured arm.
